Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Custom or special-order products

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be provided in the form of cash reimbursement upon collection, as Elina Broilz only accepts cash on delivery (COD).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.
